My client, a top global investment firm with $185 billion in assets under management, is looking to hire an Investment Operations Manager. This role will focus on providing operational support for investor relations, finance, and fund management teams within the Credit division. Our client works on a hybrid basis in Boston, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead investment operations across asset classes, including syndicated bank loans, private credit, distressed assets, bonds, CLOs, and structured products.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
Manage relationships with internal teams, prime brokers, trading counterparties, administrators, and custodians.
Develop and enhance workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and controls.
Lead root cause analysis on data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Coach and develop direct reports, ensuring clear communication.
Desired Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on Credit Operations.
Prior management experience in Credit Operations.
BS or BA in a related field with a basic understanding of finance and accounting.
Experience with Bloomberg and trading/settlement software platforms.
Familiarity with legal documents and credit agreements.
Advent Geneva experience is a plus.
