This team is in charge of the overall consumer banking analytic within the bank.
Currently, they are looking for a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst to support retail banking customer experience analytic. This Technical Business Analyst will be in charge of consumer insights. You will drive campaign design and implementation for consumer banking products across various channels. You will provide technical support to drive the streamlining and automation of campaign management process.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytic within Consumer Banking operations
- Hands-on experience in SAS and Python
- Experienced Business analyst, liaise with business to interpret their requirements and translate to IT requirements
- Strong communication skills (English and Cantonese required)
- Knowledge in building dashboard by QlikSense is an advantage
This role is a contract role, initial contract: 12 months, highly extendable and possibility of conversion
