For a very important leader in the field of Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst Senior, with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in IT project management.

The IT Business Analyst Senior will be a key player in facilitating successful business transformation initiatives and will play an advisory role to mid/senior functional leaders helping bridge the gap between IT and business. The spectrum of topics will range from essential business systems, such as ERP (SAP S/4HANA), MES or CRM, to the definition of (new) business processes and the introduction of new digital tools and applications in the domain assigned to her/him.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Understand business requirements and define business processes that aligns to business best practices or global processes
* Support the definition of the business capabilities and keep those Up To Date in line with the Global Business Architecture
* Understand business requirements and translate those in initiatives to be included into the IT portfolio
* Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements and translate those into Business Capabilities
* Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
* Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
* Creating functional and not Functional specifications for solutions
* Estimating costs and support build business cases in collaboration with the business sponsors
* Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team
* Implementing and testing of solutions
* Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
* Manage both, classic and agile projects, in terms of time, resource and quality targets in accordance with the applicable IT project management guidelines
* Challenging & validating business requirements provided by the business and align those to Global defined best practices and solution in line with Global COE guideline
* Collaborating with procurement for carrying out market studies, identifying existing solutions, determining acceptance criteria, analysing the integration architecture and integrating the software into the existing application landscape

BACKGROUND-EXPERIENCE-QUALIFICATIONS
* 3-5 years of professional experience in IT project management and, as a Functional lead, in several projects
* Very good knowledge of the methods and tools of Business Analyst and Business capability management
* Basic knowledge of system architecture (application and infrastructure)
* Good knowledge of the PLM environment. This includes Platform, procedures, best practices, integration with R&D Tools
* Good understanding of MES, Quality Systems, Production lines and IOT/Industry 4.0
* Good Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Planning modules
* Good expertise on SAP Planning and Supply Chain modules and in general on Order to Delivery processes
* Ability to connect the Supply Chain processes with the underlying Quality, Finance, Controlling and Procurement management processes
* Analytical and conceptual thinking and acting as well as working in cross-functional teams
* Intercultural competence
* Excellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing
