For a leader Cruise Line Company I'm looking for an IT Change Control Coordinator.
The profile will join the Information Technology team as IT Change Control Coordinator, reporting to Head of IT Change control at the Company's Headquarter in Genoa - Italy.
Activities:
* He/She will coordinate production and non-production releases - Agree upon appropriate dates and times with all internal and external stakeholders (Release Team, QA testers, Customer, Service Desk), schedule appropriate resources, and maintain mitigation of internal tasks.
* He/She will ensure that the releases adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, as well as to the organizational policies and standards.
* He/She will identify priorities, conflicts, dependencies, and risks for the releases and approach the schedule accordingly.
* He/She will ensure that accurate records of all releases, including their purpose, scope, and implementation details, for auditing and future reference, are maintained.
* He/She will plan all phases and activities involved in the release of a system or system update, scheduling meetings and developing the release recommendations and deployment plan based on input from multiple stakeholders, within various portfolio teams.
* He/She will interact with the IT teams for the roll-out of the various activities according to the plans, related both to Applications and Infrastructures scopes

* Your journey includes a minimum of 3 years of previous experiences in IT Service Management for multinational and complex environments.
* You have a solid Computer Engineering background or scientific disciplines.
