We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join a reputable and rapidly expanding tech led business. This position will be responsible for building, supporting and maintaining desktop operating systems, hardware and applications. You will also help streamline their deployment process as part of continuous improvement projects.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in an IT Support / IT Service Desk role, responding to incidents in a timely manor
- Experience and knowledge around Desktop & Laptop builds, including WSUS patching.
- An understanding around Active Directory User & Computer administration
- Experience supporting and administration of Office 365 and Sharepoint.
- Knowledge of Telephony Administration - desk phones, mobiles, VoIP etc
- Strong written and verbal communication
