Manager / Senior Manager
This position is for a Manager / Senior Manager working in our Hong Kong office, focusing on permanent legal recruitment, throughout Asia Pacific .
Our legal desk has seen outstanding success through 2021 building on the strong relationships that have been forged since we started the desk back in 2014. The focus is on private practice with very large fees though we are also looking to build out in-house. Over the next 24 months we aspire to be a team of 18 in legal so for anyone looking for big earnings and quick career progression, this is the desk for you.

About the role
As a Manager /Senior Manager your responsibilities will be:
Management side:
- Take responsibility for at least 1 Consultant / Senior Consultant
- Run morning set ups with direct reports
- Responsible for driving daily sales across your desk / team
- Run monthly and quarterly review processes
- Work closely with the division leader on the upskilling of team members
Recruitment Side:
- Proactive candidate generation through headhunting and referrals
- Business Develop new contacts within existing clients
- Manage relationships with existing contacts
- Continually developing your market reputation
- Work very closely with the wider team sharing information
About you
- 4-7 Years' experience
- Recruitment experience required, ideally in a technical market
- A Legal background would be a benefit
- Strong English written and spoken a must, Cantonese or Mandarin a plus
- Ability to listen and build relationships
