Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges, and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. Work side by side with business leaders to solve complex client challenges
• Responsible for implementing, optimising, and maintaining cloud investments
• Handle, Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, Business Process Documentation, Solution Configuration, User Acceptance Testing, End User Training, and Project Status Reviews
• Work alongside the project team to implement process improvements with efficient solutions
• Net Suite Configuration: Customise and configure the Net Suite ERP system to meet client-specific requirements, including work flow automation, custom fields, forms, and reports.
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting
• Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to client's end-users and assist with user adoption. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address any system-related issues.
• Best Practices: Stay current with Net Suite updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends to provide clients with informed recommendations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for further system enhancements.
• Deep understanding within the Manufacturing and Distribution Industry
• Understanding of the following Modules:
  • Order to Cash
  • Procure to Pay
  • Bill to Order

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science or related field required
• 5+ years of functional experience with NetSuite applications
• Experience in the Accounting, Distribution or Manufacturing Industries
• Multitask and work on several projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of business process and IT processes
• NetSuite certification (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite SuiteFoundation, or higher).
