Insurance Business Development Associate

Working hours- A Five-day work week - flexibility to work from home

Job Responsibilities

  • Close sales for his/her individual business
  • Develop life insurance business
  • Responsible for individual performance KPI including APE and number of cases
  • Develop the life business consistent with department marketing strategy
  • Analyze customer financial background and provide professional recommendation in life insurance products
  • Maintain good relationship with customers
  • Work in different projects to help facilitating sales opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing and partnering team optimizing the sales result
  • Provide good customer services to clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor or above
  • 1 year insurance products selling experience
  • Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience will also be considered
  • Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
