Resilience Lead

The Role

• Design and implement scenario exercises of an ever increasingly complex nature, identifying risks to important business services and producing all governance documentation both in preparation for and post-exercise

• Driving continuous improvement and tracking remediation of vulnerabilities

• Maintaining a high level of business, technical and operational knowledge to support effective Operational Resilience conversations including vulnerability identification and maintenance

• Deliver reporting and presenting progress to senior leadership

• Support in the attendance of site visits and assurance activity relating to critical suppliers

• Identify, measure, assign appropriate ownership, manage, monitor all risks and controls in line with RCSA methodology

Qualifications/Knowledge

• Proven track record of implementing areas of Operational resilience regulatory requirements
• Shows understanding Supply chain management, including outsourcing regulation requirements
• Knowledge of operational functional areas (operations / finance/ technology/ supply chain/ property/ information security)
• Stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Experience of working in financial services or similarly regulated industry.
