Remote opportunity with quarterly travel expectations to Palm Beach, Florida.


Job Duties & Responsibilities - P&C Insurance Experience Required

  • Comprehensive Insurance Knowledge: Utilize a deep understanding of insurance principles to maintain compliance and ensure operational efficiency.
  • BDX Data Management: Review and import BDX (bordereau) data accurately into the policy management system, aligning with underwriting and policy administration standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison with MGAs, MGUs, and internal stakeholders to track submissions, validate data integrity, and address outstanding action items.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage LOC (Letter of Credit) requests and associated financial processes while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed operational and management reports to support policy and program renewals with accurate data analysis.
  • Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all policy documentation complies with underwriting guidelines, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Generate reports per internal policies to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Operational Support: Provide administrative, technical, and operational assistance to optimize insurance workflows.
  • Claims Assistance: Support claims processes to manage policyholder inquiries and settlements effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with operations and leadership to document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements.
  • Policy Development: Develop and enforce operational policies and best practices to maintain consistency and compliance in insurance administration.

  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities paired with clear and impactful communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Excel and familiarity with relevant software tools.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills with a high level of self-motivation.
