Position: Oracle Senior Consultant - CX modules (Cloud)
Platform: hybrid - Oracle and Azure Cloud
Modules knowledge required: Lead Management, Customer Cloud Service, Cross Channel Coordination, Customer Care, Billing, and Advanced Metering
Industry knowledge: utilities OR energy (MUST)
Location: Hong Kong - Client is open to relocate a successful candidate
Responsibilities:
- Support the Solution Lead to collaborate with Functional Team, SI and Technical Team to deliver the expected business outcomes
- Formulate user stories to move the solution delivery forward
- Incorporate functional/business/stakeholder requirements and formulate user stories
- Define and document scope of business requirements of the new solution and translate them into functional/technical requirements and documentations
- Ensure that requirements map to the real business needs and are approved by all relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with Functional and SI to shape out end-to-end business process and business requirements for out-of-the-box solution design
- Identify interdependencies between end-to-end business process and user stories are connected and set up effectively
- Work with Functional and SI to manage risk and take pivotal role on solution design, development, testing, training, UAT, data migration and cutover activities
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in IT/system/business analysis or similar positions
- Good business knowledge and understanding in Lead Management, Customer Cloud Service, Cross Channel Coordination, Customer Care, Billing, and Advanced Metering
- Experience and good knowledge in large scale ERP/Digital/IT delivery in cloud environment
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Intelligent, proactive, eager to learn and collaborate
- Excellent analytic skills with attention to detail.
