Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Address and escalate customer concerns as necessary.
• Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and transactions according to agency standards.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
• Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and insurance carriers.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 2 years of client servicing experience in personal insurance preferred.
• 2 years of experience in an insurance agency preferred.
• Active MA Property & Casualty License preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Insurance Designations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for assisting others.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Ring Central phone system.
• Willingness to travel to MA office locations for training and as needed.
