Key duties:
- Monitor product performance, ensuring that product pricing supports the delivery of the overall business Life pricing strategy
- Propose tactical pricing actions for products to the Trading Forum to support the achievement on new business volume and value targets
- Embed deep understanding of price elasticity of protection products
- Provide market intelligence via management of portal business intelligence, ensure business intelligence provision fit for purpose and integrated with pricing processes
- Analyze drivers of business performance and emerging experience
- Support development new protection products and develop existing products to maintain a market leading proposition
- Pricing lead in winning new Intermediated distribution
- Ensure robust and scalable processes are embedded for the ongoing pricing and monitoring of life products
- Lead Intermediary pricing team ensuring staff are motivated, coached and developed in order to deliver to their full potential
