My client, a top Private Equity Firm is looking for an Assurance Reporting Analyst to join and lead their expanding team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in the loop, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefit.
Key Responsibilities
- Support creation of presentations and analysis for investor meetings (annual meetings, advisory boards, conference calls).
- Ensure all investor communications are accurate and compliant.
- Maintain detailed documentation and data tie-outs for all materials.
- Work closely with investment teams and senior leaders to verify content accuracy.
- Assist with fundraising and LP diligence requests.
- Help ensure accuracy of quarterly and ad hoc portfolio data outputs.
- Propose technology/process improvements for portfolio data aggregation.
- Take on broader responsibilities as the role evolves.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience, background in audit or accounting preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective under pressure.
- Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
