Our Supermanco client is seeking to hire a Product Control Specialist to join their team of 8.
Being based in City Centre and reporting directly to director, your role will involve:
- Coordinate closely with the Product Development team in on-boarding new investment managers and investment funds to our platform
- Supervise a team of Product Management Specialists performing daily fund operations tasks which include:
- monitoring of multiple funds' NAVs, underlying data and general performance, self-managing any issues to satisfactory closure;
- monitor investment restrictions,
- collateral management activities
- trade settlement activities
- fund budget monitoring and fee review/ approval coordination
- Manage fund lifecycle events which include periodic regulatory reporting, client reporting and board of director reporting
- Monitor platform service providers:
- monitor and manage the internal service provider KPI regime;
- drive service quality progress;
- conduct review meetings and scrutinize and investigate queries on service provider monthly and quarterly reporting;
This is an exceptional opportunity for some one to step into a ManCo role and will likely have:
- 4+ fund industry experience is preferred (ManCo, UCITS, back or middle office) or Big 4 Audit firm (specializing in financial services)
