Role overview:

As a Project Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives focused on customer service operations and sales.
Reporting directly to CEO, a Senior strategic advisor with extensive experience in the field, you will be responsible for leading and managing key projects that drive operational excellence and deliver measurable results for our clients.
Your role will be client-facing, with approximately 80% of your time dedicated to engaging directly with clients. The company client base is predominantly European, with a 30-40% focus on Italy and the remainder across other European countries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: lead and manage end-to-end projects focused on improving customer service operations and sales effectiveness. This includes project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and monitoring project progress
  • Client Engagement: act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor. Engage directly with clients, "filling the room" by delivering impactful presentations and effectively communicating project updates, recommendations, and insights
  • Data Analysis and Modeling: leverage your strong analytical skills to perform data analysis, develop robust Excel models, and derive actionable insights. Utilize your high IQ to drive data-driven decision-making and provide valuable recommendations to clients
  • PowerPoint Presentation: create high-quality, professional presentations on PowerPoint. Effectively communicate complex ideas, data, and recommendations in a clear and visually appealing manner
  • Solution Development: Work with the project team to develop innovative and customized solutions that address client needs. Leverage your expertise in customer operations to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and optimize sales performance
  • Knowledge Sharing: Act as a knowledge ambassador, sharing expertise and best practices with clients and team members. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, customer operations practices, and emerging technologies like ChatGPT

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in consultancy, with a focus on contact center operations and remote sales
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in customer operations
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create impactful and visually appealing presentations
  • Leadership experience, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in customer operations, including AI, analytics, and digital channels, is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English and Italian
