Role & Responsibilities
- Steer the planning and implementation phases of project management.
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to ensure influential change management.
- Analyze business processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Act as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and ensure projects are delivered within timeline and budget.
- Develop extensive project documentation and maintain an accurate record of changes.
