Senior QA Manager - The Job:
π§ Own and shape the QA vision, strategy, and processes across the application portfolio
π§ Coach the software teams on QA best practices and effort estimation
π€ Partner with tech QA architects to support developers on all things quality
π Lead quality in major new projects.

Drive the QA transformation roadmap as project lead - align, report, deliver
π Coordinate QA efforts across different Teams and countries!
Senior QA Manager - Your Profile:
π― 5+ years as a Quality Assurance Manager in complex software environments
π Deep knowledge of manual + automated testing in a .Net environment
π Experience leading QA in Agile setups, including coaching and stakeholder management
π Strong in test planning, project management, and budget management
π Fluent in French OR Dutch, with solid English (spoken and written)
