- Provide strategic direction to LBUs to achieve sustainable growth in production and VONB

- Work with country CEO and CAOs to deliver KPIs

- Support CAOs on talent identification, development and incubation

Requirements:

- Deep life agency distribution expertise

- Ideally exposure to multiple Asian markets

- 5+ years at CAO/CDO level
