Contract Management & Data Analysis
Coordinate contract acceptance and documentation for new and renewal reinsurance agreements.
Maintain accurate contract records and input data into the SICS system.
Review contract terms, conduct risk transfer analysis, and support reporting to leadership.
Quarterly Reporting & Reconciliations
Collect and validate cession and claims data from cedants.
Input data into internal systems, reconcile results, and prepare reports with analysis.
Perform intercompany and account reconciliations.
Cash Flow & Payments
Prepare and process claim payments via banking platforms.
Monitor funding of trust and collateral accounts.
Ensure accurate remittance tracking and reconciliation.
Audit & Compliance Support
Maintain documentation for audits and internal controls.
Assist with audit requests and ensure process integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of technical reinsurance accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Familiarity with the SICS reinsurance system is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
