Oliver James have partnered with a leading Enterprise Client based in Dublin who are seeking an experienced SAFe-certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join their team on a 12-month day rate contract.

This role supports the launch of a new Agile Release Train (ART) and is a key position in driving Agile maturity and delivery excellence across the organisation.

What you'll do:

• Lead the setup and launch of a new ART from the ground up

• Facilitate multiple Program Increment (PI) Planning events

• Coach Agile teams and stakeholders in SAFe principles and best practices

• Continuously improve ART performance and maturity

• Foster strong collaboration across teams to deliver value effectively

What we're looking for:

• SAFe RTE certification with hands-on experience

• Proven track record of facilitating multiple PI Planning events

• Strong coaching and facilitation skills within the SAFe framework

• Experience launching or significantly maturing ARTs

• Ability to start immediately

• Willingness to work onsite 1 day per week in Dublin
