A really exciting opportunity has arisen in one of our key clients to join the Human Resources function in an interesting hybrid role. As the Reward and People Insights Analyst, your role will be both analytical as well as human resources focused.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support with the administration, co-ordination and analysis of data for cyclical processes such as annual pay and performance cycle, annual salary survey participation, salary benchmarking, gender pay reporting, employee engagement survey.
Support with BAU reward activity such as internal/external recruitment, international assignments, job evaluation and benefit administration, buy outs, reward regulations.
Support the Reward Manager in providing advice & guidance to people function colleagues and broader business on a variety of strategic initiatives & projects.
Work seamlessly with wider People Team across the full employee life cycle to include (but not limited to) onboarding, transfers, promotions, absence management, salary increases and D&I.
Work closely with Finance Teams to develop reporting and analytics that combines People and Finance data for workforce planning.
Improve and develop robust processes for the provision of a range of regular and ad-hoc people data reporting e.g. management dashboards, board reporting, remuneration committee and regulatory reporting.
Work closely with the Group Analytics and Insights team collaboratively to enhance current practice.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
