Senior Financial Controller
In order to face a challenges scenario the Senior Controller should manage the following key responsibility:
- Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
- Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
- Pro-active Business Partner: helpful to achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Secures financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Confirms financial statements by providing information to external auditors.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Controller Qualifications / Skills:
- ERP and Financial softwares (SAP, BFC and TM1 would be a plus)
- Business Modeling with Excel
- Auditing, accounting, and corporate finance background
- Analyzing information
- Performance management
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in accounting/finance
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities in an international matrix environment
