Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate and lead weekly standup meetings with the project team
- Organize and maintain calendars, key activities, and project milestones
- Act as an informal coordinator between technicians, users, and field offices to keep refresh activities on schedule
- Communicate with office contacts to organize Field Office PC Replacements, including office/travel logistics
Hardware & Inventory Management
- Manage inventory for laptops, desktops, iPads, docking stations, cables, mice, and related equipment
- Track and facilitate shipping/receiving of hardware (boxing, unboxing, delivery coordination)
- Maintain hardware accuracy and support logistics throughout the project lifecycle
- Ability to move up to 35 pounds of equipment
Customer Service & Support
- Provide high-quality service to business partners via calls, emails, and instant messages
- Coordinate support with other departments as needed
- Collaborate with a highly communicative support team that “swarms” issues rather than escalating between technicians

- Microsoft Azure / Intune (device management)
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred or equivalent work experience)
- Relevant internship or 1-2 years in IT customer service, IT support, or a related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently and in a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
- High degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work with people at all levels
- Basic understanding of insurance or financial services is a plus
Additional Information
- Onsite role; no remote option
- Possible conversion only if a future full-time opening emerges
- High complexity environment with many moving parts: inventory, scheduling, logistics, shipping/receiving
