Job Title: VP of Property Management Systems
Location: Chicago, IL – hybrid onsite
Salary Range: $150,000 – $165,000

We are seeking a hands-on Vice President of Property Management Systems to oversee system integration, optimization, and seamless data flows across platforms. This role is functional and operational-both hands on and strategic. You’ll partner closely with leaders to drive overall strategy, while you ensure execution, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- System integration and optimization: Oversee Property Management Systems, ensuring smooth data flows across Yardi, Entrata, and other platforms.
- Property management systems expertise: Stay current on releases, policy updates, and structural changes to maximize system performance.
- AI-forward initiatives: Support operational goals around AI, leveraging tools like Enterprise Copilot, EliseAI on Entrata, and emerging construction AI solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with all levels of stakeholders, ensuring technology solutions meet diverse operational needs.
Skills Needed:
- **Experience with a property management system is required for this role. Candidates without Yardi or Entrata experience will not be considered for this role**
- Yardi and Entrata expertise: Strong experience with either Yardi or Entrata is essential for this role.
- Student Housing background: Experience in student housing technology is a plus.
- AI readiness: Comfort with AI-driven tools and openness to innovation-no aversion to AI.
- Hands-on leadership: Ability to dive into details, manage integrations, and solve problems directly.
- Collaborative mindset: Thrive in a collegial environment where leaders actively engage in day-to-day operations.
