About the Role
As part of the Settlement Tribe, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering secure and efficient settlement solutions that form the backbone of our organization’s core services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Mentor and guide implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of designs and plans.
- Act as a solution owner, taking responsibility for quality, reliability, and evolution of applications.
- Perform detailed analysis and provide precise specifications for IT solutions.
- Support the continuous operation of applications with hands-on interventions and technical expertise.
- Define roadmaps and strategies to keep solutions up-to-date with the latest technologies.
- Participate in occasional daylight and overnight production support.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with mainframe technologies like PLI, DB2 DBMS, M-queues, and CICS.
Soft Skills:
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and adaptability.
- Interest in exploring the business services of a leading financial market infrastructure.
- Analytical mindset with excellent algorithmic thinking.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills and experience working in multicultural teams.
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in English.
Availability Requirements:
- Flexibility to work outside business hours for production launches (post-5 PM or weekends).
- Willingness to participate in night and weekend support rotations.
