TSA Programme Manager – (12 Month Contract, Outside IR35)

Join a key player in the data centre industry, with sites based across the UK and Europe, implementing exciting technology at a rapid pace. They are looking for a proven Programme Manager to come in and help them deliver a massive TSA programme as they carve out data centres through a business sale.
The Role:
Are you a Programme Manager with experience carving out businesses and have a strong eye for detail?
We are looking for a Programme Manager to come in and set up strong governance practises and manage the delivery of this carve out from a control, governance and risk point of view.
This role will allow you to lead teams across the business and refine your divestment skills to ensure the plan is set correctly from the get-go and all functions follow your delivery structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full TSA lifecycle for the divestment from pre-Day 1 readiness through to steady delivery and clean exit.
- Be the single accountable lead for TSA performance, governance and risk, keeping services firmly within agreed scope.
- Act as the main operational point of contact with the purchaser, turning requests into controlled actions and enforcing clear boundaries.
- Oversee day to day operations across teams like orders and billings to ensure stable customer service through the transition.
Your Profile:
- Experienced TSA or carve-out lead with experience running pre-Day 1 and post Day-1.
- Strong data centre, Telecoms or B2B technical services background.
- Comfortable owning governance, risk and control whilst enforcing clear scope and boundaries.
- Confident stakeholder manager, used to working as the point of contact in forums.
- Calm and pragmatic leader who can keep cross-functional teams focused
