Project Manager – Business & Finance Change
Remote/Hybrid (London)
Salary up to £65,000 + bonus
We’re supporting a leading UK financial services organisation undergoing a significant business and operating model transformation. As part of this growth, we’re hiring two permanent Project Managers to join a high-performing change function.
You’ll work across finance and operational change initiatives in an environment transitioning from traditional waterfall delivery towards a more product-led, agile-centric model.
The Role
Reporting into senior change leadership, you’ll manage multiple projects end-to-end, owning delivery from initiation through to implementation. You’ll operate in a hybrid “Wagile” environment, balancing structure with adaptability as priorities evolve.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing full project lifecycle across business and finance change initiatives

Building business cases and driving project initiation

Creating and maintaining plans, budgets, forecasts and RAID logs

Managing cross-workstream dependencies, risks and priorities

Owning scope, cost and timeline changes with clear stakeholder communication

Engaging SMEs and senior stakeholders to drive decision-making and buy-in

Facilitating workshops and supporting effective business change and adoption
What We’re Looking For

4-5 years’ experience delivering business and/or finance change projects

Strong background across waterfall, agile and iterative delivery environments

Experience working with third-party and offshore delivery teams

Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills

Strong planning capability, including MS Project and Office tools

Experience within financial services

Comfortable with change, shifting priorities and taking ownership
