SAP HCM Consultant (Integration) – 12 month Contract – Remote
Our client is searching for a consultant with experience on integration projects, where their role is bridging the gap between business and IT. We’re looking to connect with a Business Analyst to support a major SAP HCM → S/4HANA upgrade and HR IT transformation project. This is a contract/project role, not permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing interfaces between SAP HCM on-premise systems and the future SAP S/4HANA landscape
- Produce detailed technical specifications, including field mappings, for development teams
- Design and execute system and integration test scenarios
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and guide the release to production
- Collaborate closely with HR Solution Architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Strong SAP HCM experience is a must
- Experience with middleware integration is desirable
- Mid to Senior level; minimum 3 years as an integration consultant
- Project experience and SAP SuccessFactors knowledge are a plus
