A well established, employee owned wealth management firm with a multi decade track record of serving High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist for its Stuart, Florida office.
This role supports a team of senior advisors delivering high touch investment and fiduciary services to individuals and families. The position offers strong exposure to sophisticated client relationships, complex planning needs, and a collaborative advisor environment focused on long term client outcomes.

Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Minimum 3 years experience supporting financial advisors or wealth management teams
* Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred
* Experience working with High Net Worth client accounts
* Knowledge of account onboarding and maintenance processes
* Experience processing wires, journals, and asset transfers
* Familiarity with estates and trust account structures preferred
* Experience working with custodial platforms such as Schwab preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with CRM and portfolio reporting systems such as Salesforce, Black Diamond, or planning tools preferred
* Strong organization and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Detail oriented with strong follow through and accountability
* Professional, team oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
Detailed Job Description
The Client Relationship Specialist plays a central role in supporting advisor teams and delivering a seamless client experience. Responsibilities include client onboarding, preparation and processing of new account documentation, and maintenance of account information and registrations.
The role also involves processing asset movement requests, assisting with billing and performance reporting, supporting client tax documentation needs, and helping resolve client service issues. Regular client communication and relationship support are key components of the position.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, reviewing operational exception reports, preparing operational documentation, assisting with compliance inquiries, and supporting trade execution and error resolution when required.
The successful candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, professionalism under pressure, and the ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly while maintaining a client first mindset.
