Senior Manager, Insurance Management

A renown insurer is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Agency Management to lead the delivery of a strategic implementation roadmap. This role oversees policy alignment, cross-functional coordination, and structured change management to ensure new operating standards are successfully embedded across the business.


Key Responsibilities

Gap Analysis & Policy Alignment

  • Review current practices against regional guidelines across recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, performance management, and case handling.

  • Identify gaps and update local policies and documentation accordingly.

Stakeholder & Regional Management

  • Act as the central coordination point across departments (operations, finance, technology, training, recruitment).

  • Serve as the main liaison with regional stakeholders, providing updates and managing policy exceptions where required.

Implementation & Change Delivery

  • Lead pilot launches, manage rollout plans, and resolve operational challenges.

  • Drive communication and adoption across teams.

Programme Management

  • Develop and execute a clear implementation roadmap.

  • Track milestones and ensure timely, sustainable delivery.


Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years’ experience in insurance operations, agency management, transformation, or consulting.

  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.

  • Demonstrated success in leading organisational change.
