Our client, a market leader within technology, is looking for a Head of Human Resources to join their team to oversee the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a small HR team, reporting directly to executive management
  • Take overall responsibility for all HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including payroll
  • Advise and support managers on all HR-related topics, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and change management, in line with applicable labor laws and internal policies
  • Plan, manage, and oversee recruitment processes, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience
  • Continuously improve existing HR processes and implement new tools and solutions
  • Participate in HR projects, support the implementation of global and regional strategies, and deliver relevant training initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines while further developing HR standards
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to a modern organizational culture

Your Profile

  • Professional certification in HR and further education in HR management or a comparable field
  • Several years of HR experience, including leadership and project exposure, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of local labor law
  • Experience with HR IT systems and standard office tools
  • Fluency in both German and English
