Change Manager – Multinational Conglomerate

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and drive the smooth execution of organisational change initiatives for technology-enabled retail transformation programmes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all stakeholders and team members are well-prepared for change, driving successful adoption and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Change Strategies

    • Lead business change efforts by designing and implementing organisational change strategies, including stakeholder alignment, readiness, communication, training, and adoption plans.
  2. Deliver Change Management Initiatives

    • Support the creation and execution of all change management deliverables, including leadership alignment, stakeholder assessments, and communication materials.
    • Conduct change impact analysis and execute mitigation plans for high-impact areas.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

    • Regularly report project status to senior leaders across multiple markets.
    • Host engagement meetings and provide clear updates across different communication layers.
    • Advise stakeholders on effective communication channels and craft impactful messages, scripts, and adoption stories.
  4. Training and Enablement

    • Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and training partners to develop learning materials and deliver enablement sessions.
  5. Feedback Collection and Continuous Improvement

    • Establish feedback collection channels at various project stages, such as Kickoff, UAT, pre-launch, and post-launch, to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Risk Management and Resistance Handling

    • Identify gaps, root causes, and risks related to change initiatives.
    • Address employee change resistance and suggest actionable plans to foster adoption.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in Organisational Change Management, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing change for large-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with AI, automation, or data-driven technologies is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of change methodologies such as PROSCI or ADKAR is a plus.
  • Skills:

    • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication expertise.
    • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-country, or multi-stakeholder environments.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results.
  • Languages:

    • Fluent in Cantonese and English (mandatory).
