Our client is a prestigious name in the Asset Management industry, renowned for their commitment to excellence and integrity. They are currently seeking a highly professional individual to join their Compliance Department, which is pivotal in maintaining their high standards of corporate governance.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective administration and compliance within the board of directors and broader company governance.

  • Facilitate efficient operation of the board by ensuring proper preparation of agenda, minutes, and documentation for board meetings.
  • Advise board members on their legal and compliance duties and ensure compliance with corporate statutes and best practice in corporate governance internally and externally.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and take appropriate action in response.
  • Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
  • Coordinate the induction and training of non-executive and executive directors.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance and governance reports.
