Contract: 6-Month Daily Rate Contract
Location: Dublin City Centre
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, servers, storage, virtualisation, and networking.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure reliability.
- Perform patching, updates, and configuration changes in line with change management processes.
- Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and escalation support for complex technical issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
- Manage Conditional Access, MFA, and device compliance policies.
- Work within ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management.
- Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure or technical operations roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID).
- Experience with virtualisation (VMware), storage systems, and backup technologies.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing, switching).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- PowerShell or scripting experience is an advantage.
Desirable Certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Cisco (CCNA or higher), CompTIA+
- ITIL Foundation
- Azure Fundamentals (nice to have)
