Change Manager

Join a high-impact role driving business change for large-scale, technology-enabled retail transformation programmes. This position plays a key part in ensuring teams successfully adopt new digital platforms, processes, and ways of working to achieve strategic business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead organisational change initiatives, developing strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption.

  • Manage end-to-end change management activities including stakeholder assessments, readiness planning, and leadership engagement.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, product owners, SMEs, and training partners to deliver effective enablement and learning programmes.

  • Analyse change impacts, identify risks and resistance points, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to successfully execute transformation initiatives.

  • Deliver clear project updates to senior leadership across multiple markets and facilitate engagement sessions at different organisational levels.

  • Shape effective communication strategies and craft compelling messages to support adoption.

  • Establish feedback loops throughout project stages (kickoff, testing, launch, and post-launch) to continuously improve outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in Organisational Change Management, Digital Transformation, or related fields.

  • Proven track record supporting large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes.

  • Fluent Cantonese and English with strong communication and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage change across complex, multi-market environments.

  • Familiarity with recognised change methodologies such as PROSCI or ADKAR is an advantage.

  • Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven technologies is a plus.
