Entry-Level IT Vendor Analyst – Hybrid (Dublin North) – Salary DOE
Entry-level hybrid role based in Dublin supporting a small, high-performing IT vendor management team. Focused on vendor coordination, data analysis, and process improvement within a technology environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support renewal of IT consultancy agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs) with internal stakeholders

Maintain vendor management trackers and documentation

Analyse processes and suggest improvements using data or automation tools

Help manage the vendor intake log, workflows, and ticket triage

Contribute to internal updates or newsletters on vendor management processes

Support development of a preferred vendor list
Requirements

Degree in IT, Procurement, Business, or a related field

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills

Comfortable working with data and tools such as Excel or Power BI (desirable)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
