Lead Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

(React / Python / Azure)

We’re looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer to play a key role in designing and building modern, cloud-based applications. This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll combine hands-on development with technical leadership, helping guide architecture decisions and mentoring other engineers within the team.

You’ll work across the full stack – building intuitive front-end experiences, developing scalable backend services, and ensuring applications are deployed efficiently through modern DevOps practices.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning technical direction while still remaining hands-on with code.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design and development of modern web applications across the full technology stack

• Build responsive front-end interfaces using React

• Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI

• Define and implement architecture and development best practices

• Work with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server to design efficient data models and queries

• Guide the team on testing strategies and maintain high code quality standards

• Build and oversee CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

• Deploy and manage applications within Microsoft Azure

• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across the development team

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience developing full-stack web applications

• Strong expertise with React for modern front-end development

• Deep backend development experience with Python

• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and data modeling

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally Azure

• Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers

• Strong architectural thinking and problem-solving skills
