Campaign & Channel Marketing Manager

Oliver James are currently recruiting for a Campaign & Channel Manager to join our client who are a growing , international business based in Hannover, Germany. The performance marketing team manages direct marketing channels SEA, Paid Social , Affiliate and SEO making a key contribution to growth strategy and new customer acquisition.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in Performance Marketing – management of campaigns and channels.
  • Experience in Paid Channels – (Google/Microsoft Ads) , understand how they work and their optimisation levers.
  • To have worked in a data-driven way (with tools like Google Analytics/Looker Stuido/GTM).
  • The ability to interpret performance data.
  • C Level German (written and spoken).
  • Able to commit to being in the office 2 days per week (Hannover).

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the operational implementation and continuous development of cross-channel campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise marketing channels (paid search/display/paid social).
  • Implement paid campaigns and independently execute campaigns , continuously improving performance.
  • Analyse campaign and channel performance using existing dashboards and derive concrete optimisation measures.
  • Proactively contribute your ideas for improving campaigns and channels and then implement them within the framework.
