A well established specialty carrier with a clear strategic vision and defined goals is looking to bring on a Senior Claims Specialist, Financial Lines to their growing team. In this position you will work alongside a dynamic team of individuals managing a caseload of EPL, D&O, and Fiduciary claims.
As a Senior Claims Specialist you will handle a caseload of primary EPL, private D&O, and excess financial institutions claims ranging from moderate to high complexity. You will be tasked with managing the litigation process including outside counsel, conduct thorough coverage analysis, establish appropriate reserves, assess exposure, and attend mediation’s/trials. You will have exposure working with other departments by working directly with underwriting, actuarial, and the head of finance.
