We are partnered with a growing MGA on a Snr D&O Claims Counsel position within their financial lines team.
In this position you will:
– Manage a caseload of complex public & private D&O Claims, FI Claims & Reinsurance claims
– Handle the coverage and endorsements
– Manage 1 direct report handling D&O Claims
– Work alongside UWs on sales/pitching/marketing tasks
To qualify for the position, you must:
– Have 8+ years of D&O Claims Handling experience
– Have a JD
– Be familiar with policy wordings within financial lines
– Be able to commit to a hybrid schedule in NYC
Management experience is preferred but not required.
The salary range is $180K-200K + Target Bonus
