I’m currently working with a fast-growing tech-driven organisation looking to hire a Development Team Lead to join their expanding engineering function.
This is a great opportunity for someone who still enjoys being close to the code, but wants to step into a role with real ownership across delivery, team leadership, and technical direction.
The Role:
You’ll lead a team of engineers, driving delivery across key projects while setting technical standards and mentoring developers as the team scales.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Leading day-to-day development activities and ensuring high-quality delivery
✅ Acting as the bridge between engineering teams and stakeholders
✅ Contributing to architecture decisions and technical strategy
✅ Mentoring developers and supporting their growth
✅ Driving best practices across code quality, testing, and deployment
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Team Lead
🔹 Strong hands-on background across modern tech stacks
🔹 Experience leading or mentoring engineers
🔹 Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
