A well-established financial services organization with over 50 years of experience in insurance is seeking a Paralegal to support its expanding legal teaM in a corporate capacity.
Role Summary:
You’ll work closely with senior legal counsel and business leaders, supporting corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactions across multiple affiliated entities. This role offers exposure to high-level legal operations, including mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison with state regulatory agencies
- Maintain corporate records, licenses, and minute books
- Support governance, contracts, litigation, and administrative matters
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel
Qualifications:
- 2-year degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent legal training
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in corporate or regulatory legal work
- Familiarity with contract or governance systems
