A leading P&C carrier is looking to hire two Senior Claims Specialist – TPA Oversight for their commercial auto team. In this senior technical role, you will be responsible for providing oversight on a caseload of mid-to complex commercial auto liability claims that are being handled by a panel of TPAs. You will provide claims guidance, litigation and coverage advice to ensure claims are being handled in line with time and quality expectations for the carrier.
Key/Skills Experience Required:
- 5+ years complex commercial auto liability / BI claims experience essential (gained at an insurance carrier)
- Experience handling commercial auto property damage claims – highly beneficial
- Direct experience handling complex, large losses above $100,000 in value (Commercial Auto)
- Exposure to litigation and coverage investigation essential (including writing own coverage letters/RORs)
- Experience managing TPA relationships and driving TPA strategy – highly preferred
- Bachelors Degree and Adjuster License
This role is on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week only) from NYC or NJ. The role has an excellent base salary range from $120,000-$140,000 + 15% annual bonus and 30 days PTO.
