My client is a global Insurer who is currently investing on their Investment Management arm and planning to build their new operating model and framework around Private Assets across Asia
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Private Assets transformation project
- Assess current‑state processes, governance, and operating structures
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate workshops and working groups to drive clarity, alignment, and decision making
- Work closely with teams across Investment Office, Risk, Finance, and Technology
- Provide clear updates to senior management and steering committee
- Support effective embedding and transition into business‑as‑usual where required
Required Experience
- 7+ years experience in project management
- Proven experience within Investment Management or Asset Management (exposure to Private Assets, e.g. Private Equity or Private Credit, would be ideal
- Demonstrated experience delivering operating model design or transformation initiatives
- Experience delivering governance frameworks, operating model change, or regulatory‑driven initiatives
- Comfortable working autonomously in environments with ambiguity and evolving scope
