Oliver James have partnered with a global international bank to recruit for a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager.
This is a critical role within the business to lead and oversee the development of the Enterprise Risk function and provide support in areas of risk across Europe. You will ensure business strategies, plans and initiatives are delivered in compliance with governing regulations, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities;
- Design, execute and review of the recovery plan.
- Responsible for the annual review of the risk management framework and risk appetite.
- Policy management for Europe
- Key leadership role in understanding the risks appetite and culture and supporting wider business making decisions
Key Requirements;
- Experienced risk professional with proven experience working in the enterprise risk team within Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles based on global and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent experience in reviewing and challenging policies, drafting or adopting policies and ensuring they meet local regulations.
