Mission Overview
Lead a strategic greenfield project to migrate and operationally transfer processes to a new IT platform in partnership with an external provider. Define and implement a Target Operating Model (TOM) to optimize workflows and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Program Leadership:
- Drive the end-to-end migration and operational transfer to the new IT platform.
- Define and implement a Target Operating Model (TOM) to align processes, roles, and responsibilities.
- Lead a dedicated squad in an Agile environment, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
✔ Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate between internal teams (IT, business, operations) and external partners.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
✔ Greenfield Project Execution:
- Build processes and solutions from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in banking, IT, or digital transformation.
- Expertise in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation.
- Strong background in greenfield projects (building from scratch).
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; French or Dutch (one of Belgium’s national languages) is highly required
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Safe).
- Knowledge of IT migrations or operational transfers.
- Familiarity with the financial services sector.
