Program Manager

Mission Overview

Lead a strategic greenfield project to migrate and operationally transfer processes to a new IT platform in partnership with an external provider. Define and implement a Target Operating Model (TOM) to optimize workflows and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership:

  • Drive the end-to-end migration and operational transfer to the new IT platform.
  • Define and implement a Target Operating Model (TOM) to align processes, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Lead a dedicated squad in an Agile environment, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate between internal teams (IT, business, operations) and external partners.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

Greenfield Project Execution:

  • Build processes and solutions from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in banking, IT, or digital transformation.
  • Expertise in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation.
  • Strong background in greenfield projects (building from scratch).
  • Leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; French or Dutch (one of Belgium’s national languages) is highly required

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Safe).
  • Knowledge of IT migrations or operational transfers.
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector.
