Oliver James are proudly supporting a Dublin based re-insurer through an exciting period of their expansion in both domestic and international markets. They are looking for a new head balance sheet management. This role works closely with the head of ALM to implement effective strategy across, investment risk, modelling and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A fully qualified actuary with a minimum of 10 years post qualified experience
- Expert in ALM, investment risk, capital, liquidity and liability modelling
- An excellent communicator confident reporting to C-suite
- Highly strategic, confident designing, implementing and maintaining risk frameworks
If you are working in the life insurance market and are capable of implementing robust balance sheet strategies I would love to hear from you. This is a role for someone who wants to make a real impact in a business and implement their vision. There is a real preference for someone who can embrace technology to increase efficiency i.e. AI.
