Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope and key requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in a structured and clear manner
- Review and map current processes, and design improved future-state workflows
- Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between existing systems and proposed solutions
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- Validate requirements through prototyping and testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within the insurance industry
- Solid understanding of life insurance products and processes (mandatory)
- Good understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory considerations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage different stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) and basic SQL/data analysis skills are a plus
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required
