This role is critical in enhancing the digital experience for their customers through innovative design and improving application usability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze user interface problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints/opportunities, and usability findings.
- Work closely with the IT audit team to ensure compliance with the latest standards and regulations.
- Design the aesthetics, layout, and user interfaces of the company’s applications, focusing on maximizing usability and enhancing user experience.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure the visual design adheres to the project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly within a corporate or commercial environment.
- Strong competency in IT audit processes related to applications and business objects (BO).
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Proficiency in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
